Geobear implemented a carefully designed geopolymer injection programme to stabilise the affected foundations.

Small‑diameter injection points were installed through the slab and adjacent ground to introduce a two‑component geopolymer beneath the structure. Upon mixing, the material expanded to fill voids, densify loose soils and increase stiffness within the treated zone.

Injection was monitored in real time to ensure controlled improvement and protection of the building fabric.
