Overview
Publicly owned assets like roads, footpaths, historic buildings, and bridges are under constant stress from traffic, weather, and age. This can lead to soil settlement, voiding, and structural instability.
Traditional repair methods often involve extensive excavation, causing prolonged traffic diversions, public complaints, and significant budget overruns. Geobear offers a different approach.
We design a solution that involves the injection of a self-expanding, specially engineered geopolymer resin directly into the ground through small, 12-16mm holes.
What we help with
Historic and public building foundation support
We provide non-invasive ground support for historic buildings and public facilities, protecting them from structural damage.
Public road and footpath re-levelling
We lift and re-level subsided road sections and footpaths to ensure a safe surface for both vehicles and pedestrians.
Bridge and viaduct approach stabilisation
We strengthen the ground beneath bridge approaches, preventing settlement and extending the life of the structure.
Void filling in urban areas
We fill washouts and voids in the subgrade, restoring the integrity of the ground beneath public spaces.
