How the Geobear solution works for your home

Our process is designed to remove the stress and uncertainty from foundation repair.

We partner with you every step of the way in two simple phases. First, we work with you to diagnose the problem and create a clear, custom plan for your home.

Then, we’ll show you exactly what to expect on the day we deliver your solution, ensuring you feel confident and cared for from start to finish.

1
Your property assessment

Once you get in touch, our first priority is to understand the problem. We will schedule a convenient time for a virtual or in-person visit with one of our experts, who will conduct a thorough assessment of your property to diagnose the root cause of the subsidence issue.

2
A custom-engineered plan

Using the data from the assessment, our in-house experts design a bespoke, engineered treatment plan tailored specifically to your home’s structure and the local soil conditions. This detailed proposal is provided to you in our offer.

3
Reviewing the plan together

We believe in complete transparency. Your Area Manager will schedule a call to walk you through the offer in detail. We explain what our solution involves, what pre- and post-work is required, and answer any questions you have about the offer or treatment.

4
Making a confident decision

This final step is about ensuring you have complete confidence before moving forward. We provide you with all the information you need and give you the space to make your decision. We aim to be a supportive partner, turning a complex and stressful situation into a clear and manageable process so you can get on with your life.

5
Your home’s treatment day

Our Team Leader will introduce the crew and walk you through the plan. As our technicians get to work, you can expect a process that is both respectful of your property and precisely controlled. We minimize disruption, keep you informed of our progress, and ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy. When complete, the Team Leader will conduct a final walk-through with you to summarise the work completed.

How does it work

This is the core of our on-site work. It’s how we improve the ground beneath your home quickly, cleanly, and without major excavation.

1

Site preparation and drilling

Our professional team arrives and prepares the site. We then drill a series of small-diameter holes into the ground or floor slab in the areas that require treatment. This process is clean, fast, and non-disruptive.

2

Geopolymer injection

We inject our specialist geopolymer solution through the holes. The material flows as a liquid into any voids or weak zones in the soil, then expands with immense pressure to compact the ground and strengthen it from beneath.

Precise laser monitoring

We monitor the entire process in real-time using precise laser levels. This live data enables our technicians to accurately assess the injection's effect on the ground, ensuring the work is delivered exactly according to your home's bespoke engineering plan.
