Your mission is to build and lead a successful, profitable business from the ground up. You will have full P&L responsibility and the autonomy to build a high-performing team.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a pragmatic and visionary leader with a proven track record. You are:

  • An experienced leader: You have a clear track record of delivering profitable growth (with full P&L responsibility) in a CEO, COO, or similar senior role.
  • A technical expert: You have a strong background in geotechnical contracting or civil engineering, with a firm grasp of financial and KPI reporting.
  • A people developer: You are passionate about leading people, developing processes, and mentoring your team.
  • A strategic thinker: You can work in a matrix organisation, develop business and processes in parallel, and remain clear and focused under pressure.
  • A long-term partner: You are willing to commit long-term to a set plan and are excited by the Geobear vision.
