What is something your customers have to deal with that you want to fix?
All of our customers have issues that require resolving, whether this be financial, emotional or logistic. My / our aim is to first listen to the client’s problem and the issues this raises for them and from this, aim to provide confidence that Geobear can provide a solution to their issue and that we can partner and work together.
What do you do at Geobear?
I manage the Area Managers for Ireland together with the AM’s for the Commercial UK sector, including overall ownership/responsibility for our sector’s budgets, turnover, marketing, and staff development.
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?
Over 30 Years of experience in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and design, together with the past 20 years of senior management and directorship experience. Also hold a BEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Weekends focussed on firstly homework with the children and then plenty of family time and providing the children different experiences of countries, cultures, languages and chasing vampires in France (Long Story!)
