Geobear (Uretek) has been operating in the UK for nearly 40 years, and assisting Insurers and Loss Adjusters for much of that time. However, following extensive time and investment into research and development over the last 5 years we have developed, tested and implemented several new innovative subsidence solutions.

We have been working closely with Insurers and Adjusters to tackle the constant challenge of balancing customer care, claim lifecycles, and claim spend. Our new solutions are now providing ;

- 25% improvement in Net Promoter Scores
By stabilising the property at the outset, final repairs can be completed within the first two months of a claim, eliminating or reducing traditional costs. Costs associated with site investigations, mitigation, monitoring, repair scope creep, alternative accommodation are avoided or reduced.
The dramatic reduction in claim lifecycles from a traditional 18 months to 3 or 4 months not only also decreases administrative costs, but also significantly improves the customer experience. Geobear has molded our processes to fit with the claims process and adhere to specific service level agreements.
