The Trussell Trust is a nationwide network of food banks and they provide emergency food and support to people locked in poverty. They also campaign for change to end the need for food banks in the UK.

News reports confirm that UK food banks faced record demand as the coronavirus pandemic unfolded. The economy was hit and household incomes plunged, leaving families in crisis.
Geobear is always keen to help the community and we have recently made donations to the London, Trussell Trust, food bank and The Hope Centre, St Helens, which is linked to the Trussell Trust’s UK wide network.

The Trussell Trust website allows you to make regular or one-off donations and can provide details of your nearest foodbank if you would like to help too.

The Hope Centre, St Helens, work across two sites. Atherton Street provides a base for Training, along with hosting one of the Foodbank hubs. Hope House on Church Street, houses the day centre for those who are homeless and at risk of homelessness.
