Your role at Geobear This is a key leadership role in our operations team. As a Geobear supervisory technician, you will lead an on-site team, ensuring the high-quality, safe, and efficient execution of our specialist ground engineering solutions.

You will be responsible for meeting project specifications and deadlines, demonstrating professionalism, and always putting the customer first. Health, safety, and the environment are key priorities in this role, and you will be empowered to maintain our high standards on every site.

What we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced construction professional with proven leadership skills and a strong technical background.

• 7+ years of experience in construction, preferably in groundworks, geotechnical works, or house building. (Plumbing experience for drainage protection is a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience as a foreman, team leader, or supervisor.
• SMSTS, FPS (Federation of Piling Specialist) supervisor ticket, or a similar site supervisor qualification.
• An NVQ in drilling, underpinning, site investigation, or a similar field.
• A 1st aid certificate, PTS, or National Grid certificate is highly desirable.
• A Class 2 LGV Licence is advantageous.
