We are delighted to have been shortlisted as a finalist in two categories at the 2020 Ground Engineering Awards.
The two categories are:
Project of the Year (value upto £1m) this entry related to the work we completed at Seaton Deleval Hall. We were required to improve the strength of the ground beneath the foundations to the west wing of the historic house, where significant cracking and movement both internally and externally to the property has been present – (read the full case study)
Specialist Geotechnical Supplier of the Year, this is a broader category which assesses the growth of the business and key achievements in 2019. Geobear as a business saw strong growth in 2019 and our new partnership with insurer L&G and loss adjuster Segwick has partially revolutionised how subsidence claims are dealt with in the insurance market.
