Being an avid reader this changes often.

I do not usually listen to podcasts. 

**What is something your customers have to deal with that you want to fix? **

Consolidation, Settlement, Ground Improvement and increasing the bearing capacity of existing soils are the most common tasks that I meet on a daily basis, all of which are considerable problems to our customers. 

I get a great deal of satisfaction assisting all my clients return their assets with our non disruptive, fast and cost effective solutions. 

We can usually do this within 1 week or less, with little or no disturbance to their daily duties. 

**What do you do at Geobear? **

Guide customers from the first meeting through every step of the Geobear process through to completion. 

**What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position? **

Fully time served electrical and mechanical engineer with many years experience within the construction industry.

 I have also held senior management positions within manufacturing industry.

Over the last 17 years I have gained tremendous knowledge of the Geo-polymer ground improvement processes with Geobear. 

**What do you like about working at Geobear? **

Freedom to express your opinions without fear consequence. 

**What are the values that drive you? **

Reliability, Commitment, Consistency, Honesty 

**What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? **

Family, football – I’m a avid Evertonian! and holidays.
